Dr. Andrew Fox serves as the Clinical Director at Velocity Physical Therapy’s South Denton
location. With over 18 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, he brings a
wealth of knowledge and a patient-centered approach to his practice.
Dr. Fox earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas (UNLV). He continued his education at UNLV, obtaining his Doctorate in Physical
Therapy in 2007. Throughout his career, he has maintained a focus on outpatient orthopedic
physical therapy, continually enhancing his skills through additional training in orthopedic
manipulative therapy and dry needling certification.
Before relocating to Texas in 2023, Dr. Fox operated a successful mobile physical therapy
company in Colorado. His extensive experience includes treating patients who have not
achieved desired outcomes elsewhere, emphasizing his commitment to delivering high-quality
care.
Dr. Fox believes in a holistic approach to physical therapy, integrating manual therapy
techniques with guidance on diet, supplementation, and exercise. He is dedicated to helping
patients achieve optimal wellness and bodily balance, aiming to restore motion and function
through skillful evaluation and customized treatment plans.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Fox enjoys spending time with his wife and four
children and staying involved with his church. He is also an outdoor enthusiast, engaging in
activities such as hiking, golfing, and hunting.
