Sarah was raised in the Cross Roads area before pursuing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. Driven by her passion for movement science, she went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas, graduating in December 2024. Sarah’s journey into the profession began at a young age after a sports injury; seeing the impact a physical therapist had on her own return to play, combined with watching her parents successfully recover from orthopedic surgeries through PT, solidified her calling to the field.
Sarah is passionate about utilizing evidence-based interventions to help her patients improve their functionality and regain their quality of life. Now back in her hometown, she is thrilled to be returning to the Velocity Physical Therapy family to help patients get back to the activities they love. Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys hanging out with friends and family, taking her dog for walks, being active in the community and spending summer days on the water with her husband, Nick, and their dog, Bandit.
