"I love being a part of the healing process. It's a privilege to see people grow, get better, and be better because of their hardship."
Clinical Director | CROSS ROADS
Wes McFall earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. During his experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting, he has quickly become known for excellent patient care through relational interventions, implementing a holistic treatment approach combining advanced manipulation and mobilizations, dry needling, soft tissue techniques, mechanical diagnostics, and functional exercise.
He joined the Velocity Physical Therapy leadership team after gaining years of invaluable experience as a successful and well respected clinical director for a busy outpatient practice in North Texas. Although Wes is a native Texan, he did live and practice physical therapy in Norman, Oklahoma for several years prior to relocating to be closer to family.
Wes has a special interest and continued education in pain science, pain rehab, therapeutic exercise and patient education. Helping patients understand their pain, and retraining the neuromuscular communication system has provided his patients with extremely effective results.
Wes was born and bred here in North Texas and has been a local Denton resident since early 2013. He loves spending family time with his wife, Darby, and young children, Beckham, Meira Joy, and Elora Grace. He also enjoys the great outdoors, watching Sooner football, Mexican food, and playing board games with family and friends. Wes is an active covenant member at the Village Church Denton has joyfully served faithfully as a home group leader for many years.
